Animal Blessing
Please mark your calendar for Saturday, October 3rd, at 10:00 a.m. Father Chris and I will be at Kennedy Hall on that day with a lot of Holy Water to bless your animals/pets. Why on this date? Because we bless our animals in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, and his great respect, and genuine con-cern for animals. It is normally done on the actual day in his honor, which is October 4th. However, a Satur-day morning will be more accommodating for the vast majority of all of us. Please bring us your pets, the wonderful creatures of God that you have domesticated.
